If I could give this 0 stars I would!

I’ve ordered this cooker twice.

First time it arrived all bashed on one corner. Was left with it sat in the way for almost a week until they could collect.

Second time it tripped itself out. Had an electrician fit it to make sure it was done properly and it just wouldn’t work, oven would come on for 10-15 mins then the whole oven would short out. I’d read reviews of people saying this happened when the timer wasn’t set properly but we’d done everything the instructions said. The electrician tested the connection & it was causing a voltage surge on 285v so we ended up having to sit in the dark for 2 hours waiting for national grid to come.

The cooker was the issue and I honestly wouldn’t waste your time and money!

Contacted Amazon & I now have to wait 5 days for them to collect this cooker with barely even an apology!

Stylish, Efficient, and Reliable Ceramic Cooker

I was drawn to this Hisense cooker for its modern black ceramic finish and the promise of an A-rated double oven. On delivery, it immediately stood out as sleek and well-built, adding a contemporary touch to my kitchen. The dual ovens offer plenty of space for cooking multiple dishes at once, which is ideal for family meals or entertaining guests.

The ceramic hob heats up quickly and provides precise temperature control, making it easy to manage different cooking tasks simultaneously. The mechanical knobs are intuitive, and the programmable LED timer is a handy feature that helps keep track of cooking times without guesswork. Cleaning is straightforward thanks to the smooth surface and drip tray design, which quickly wipes clean of any spills.

Overall, this cooker balances style and functionality effectively. The main fan oven circulates heat evenly, the ceramic hob is responsive, and the build quality feels solid. The only minor drawback is that it needs to be hard-wired by a qualified electrician, so plug-and-play isn’t an option. Otherwise, it’s a dependable, well-priced cooker suitable for everyday use.

This oven heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, resulting in well-cooked pizzas. The rings are positioned quite far back from the front edge. In retrospect, the top oven operates a bit slowly, but it is easy to clean.

I’ve had this cooker for a few weeks now and it’s a really good oven. 
It doesn’t come with a cable, but I used my one that was already installed as i had an electric oven previously and took about 10 mins to connect it up and get it going. So easier if you’ve had electric prior.
The instructions tell you to put it on max heat when you first buy it with no food inside, so if you don’t read instructions just remember to do that. 
The oven comes with a timer, so you need to put it to the time you’re looking at and press the middle 3 lines and you’re good to go. Otherwise it’ll time itself out and you need to reset the timer which isn’t the end of the world. 
I bought the 60cm one and it’s gracious in space, it doesn’t take a little time to heat up but I’m only assuming it’s because it’s new. It came with a tray too and it’s quite quiet, I used the Amazon haul away service to take my trusty 16 year old oven away after it finally gave in which didn’t cost anything extra and I didn’t have the old oven lying around waiting. 
Overall it’s a good electric cooker that does what you need it to do, don’t be put off by the bad reviews.
