Ok, so we’ve had this six months now, which is a reasonable time to properly test it and my opinion? Mmmmm, let me think…. I LOVE IT!!
Honestly, this device is the greatest invention since the microwave. It cooks everything better and when I say everything, I mean everything. For example, chicken pieces cook faster, drain fat to be healthier and yet are juicy and melt in the mouth delicious. Even the boring breast comes out succulent and tasty, so preparing it with a nice marinade adds another dimension. It’s not only chicken though, you can cook any meat and somehow it retains its juicyness and falls apart in your mouth. Chips are a revelation in the air fryer and come out how you’ve always fantasised a chip should be. With zero effort you’ll have a crispy outside and fluffy centre; get adventurous and par boil your chips, then add goose fat before cooking and it’s Jedi level chips. Simply loveleh!
You have to retrain yourself with cooking times or you’ll burn things because I t cooks so much faster, but reducing cooking times by about 30% seems to work and things come out perfectly.
It’s really easy to clean too. The tray and basket come out together and separate with a click of a button to fill with soapy water and wash. A nice feature.
Basically your oven will become redundant and only used for those things too big for the air fryer.
The WiFi and App are really easy to set up and are useful if your kitchen is a distance from where you sit and wait for food to be cooked. We didn’t bother using this feature, however the app has some excellent recipes – try the crispy fried chicken, it’s amazing! – and if you don’t find what you want there, Google air fryer recipes and you’ll be amazed how many dedicated sites there are now for cooking with an air fryer.
Overall this is a great little machine. I read lots of review prior to purchase and I rarely found a negative one. We wouldn’t be without ours now and you’ll find yourself very quickly dependant on yours. A highly recommended purchase!

The Cosori air fryer 5.5l is a brilliant piece of kitchen equipment.
Easy to use and easy to clean. You can use it for all sorts of cooking. We haven’t tried baking cakes or Bread yet.
The only problem we have with it is we can’t connect to our Wi-Fi. But that’s to do more with her modem than the air fryer but if you’re not bothered about Wi-Fi it’s most probably better to get the one without it and save yourself £10
You get a really good recipe book as well. I wish we chosen the accessories to come with it, but you can always get them later as what we are going to do. For the money you pay for it, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. But if you wanted a air fryer with two drawers. it’s most probably cheaper to buy two of these, it still works out cheaper than one of the other leading brands.
Now we’ve had it a couple of months, definitely worth every penny saves a lot of time and cooking and energy. Easy to clean. Just love it and I think you will too. And if you need a two drawer air fryer, it’s cheaper to buy two of these than one of the other major brands. Also an update on the Wi-Fi got there. All sorted works brilliantly. Find it easy to get the air fryer going from the phone.
So why I’m the lounge it shows me how long I’ve got left on the air fryer. It does make life easier and having to keep going and check to see how it’s doing. Plus with the app you also get hundreds of recipes to try as well.

I was looking for a air fryer as I had go without a oven for a couple of months recently, and quite honestly it’s been a life saver… having done a bit of research before hand i plumped for the cosori and I’m very pleased with that choice.
It came well packaged with everything you would need including a very useful recipe book already tried a few.of the recipes and are very tasty and easy to do…
Has some good features the pre heat function being one and the WiFi connectivity which is handy to have I wouldn’t say it was absolutely needed but at time I bought this both the normal cosori and the smart were the same price so was a no brained for myself.
Other than that, its a normal air fryer. Grill or ‘fry’ anything .. Sausages bacon chips, onion rings, fish fingers, steak, pretty much endless list all tasty and quicker to cook..All work so well in this machine and its now taking over from the oven! And easy to clean basket comes in 2 parts warm soapy water quick wipe dry and ready to go again.
If you have heard about air frying and on fence … dont be anymore this is a superb kitchen appliance.

I mean for the price this is insanely cool and a bargain. I’ve used the analog ones with the clicks timer things on them and have always been a bit like meh does the job. However today I feel my age as I’m excited about an airfryer. Super easy to set up you download the app,switch it on hook it up to ur wifi and bobs ur uncle. You can start the manual function that lets u select the temp and time you need and it switches on once u confirm and u can switch it off before the time etc via the app again. Has lots of presets too for specific foods, chicken, steak etc. The app is impressive has recipes etc and it comes with a recipe book too. Don’t even hesitate it’s fantastic. Cooked my food in no time and didn’t have a weird smell you get with some of them 🙂 very happy customer.
