So I ordered this appliance 6 months ago as it came with a free hoover promotion. It took me 4 months to get the hoover but eventually it was delivered. Now the filter has broken on the appliance it was stuck and we snapped it off, if you search this apparently a common occurrence, also in our defence the plastic on the front is very flimsy. I have tried to order a couple of replacement ones but nothing fits. I have today gone direct to hoover to order the replacement part only to find it not listed! used the chat to contact them apparently the ladled Hoover spare parts are a 3rd party and have no idea so contact Hoover themselves. I have just done this and again they don’t have the part listed and can’t supply it! there answer was to charge me for an engineer to come out and fix it at a cost of around £150 Half of the value of the machine!! It is 6 months old not obsolete but can’t provide me with a screw in replacement filter which would cost around £20! As you can imagine i said no. They then offered me insurance that would start today for £8 per month and then they would send out an engineer out to sort it. So I had no option other that to except as I am without a washing machine.
I would 100% say stay away from this appliance and Hoover themselves as it’s just been a joke from start to finish

The washer/dryer is superb. Easy to use and does exactly what I want. It saves space and looks good in my kitchen.
I live in a first floor flat so this is absolutely ideal for me.
Shout out to the delivery team too. They took the old appliance away, installed the new one and even gave me a demonstration on how to use it.
Everything was bang on.
