The washer & Dry is actually quite good once you learn how to use it properly. I especially like the allergy care option for bathroom towels, etc. The app is simple to use, but you don’t have to; all of the controls are on the machine itself.

I will give it a 5 star so far…. Initially had a problem with backflow from my sink into the machine but that was as a result of an incorrect installation…. I did some DIY tricks on the hose connections from the machine to the sink and it solved the problem… The machine is absolutely fantastic… Would recommend

This is the worse appliance I have ever owned. I moved on from having a washer and a dryer to this washer/dryer
The washes can’t take more than 3/4 kgs and the dryer doesn’t dry properly, and no I am not overloading the machine.
The dryer can’t be stopped and opened at any time, takes about 30min for it to cool down before you can open the door to check if clothes are dry. Waste of time, having kids and pets this isn’t something you want to be waiting for.
Lets not even mention that I haven’t done ironing in years as I owned a tumble dryer and clothes were just fine, and now clothes come out 100% creased.
I am returning it.
