Similar to other people, arrived with rubber seal hanging off.
Amazon customer service was a pain to deal with and when i eventually got it refered to hisense via amazon they sent an engineer within 3 working days but the whole process took nearly 3 weeks to resolve.
You will need to buy the power cable seperate which description should really say and also they do supply the safety chains but they do not supply the loops that are installed into the wall, so unless you are replacing an existing cooker where you already have those loops in the wall you have a couple of extra expenses to pay.
Cooking wise, everything is alright so far, hopefully stays that way.

I was blown away by the service and cooker. The engineers who delivered the cooker were brilliant, very knowledgeable and efficient. The cooker is fantastic and makes cooking much easier, especially with an oven that becomes an 80L air fryer. Has made the Ninja Redundant. Very impressed at its looks and capability.
