The Hisense 50/50 fridge freezer is slimmer than my old one, but it does fit nicely, the storage capacity is less than my old one but not a problem for me, it has 3 shelves and a wine rack, above the veg and salad drawer at the back there is a dial 1 to 7 to make the fridge colder ( I’ve got it at 5 which is functioning well ) the freezer has a pull out shelf ease of use at the top and 3 drawers underneath, the middle drawer is a fast freeze for new items, that’s if you need to freeze things quickly otherwise the function is the same as the other drawers, and seems strong boxes and of course frost free. It arrived as said and the tracking was good to let me know when the product would be delivered the delivery guys were nice and very helpful, they removed my old fridge freezer and all the packaging and took it away and put my new one in place. Just one more thing, when you look at the tracking map it gives you an idea where they are and how many stops before they arrive to you, it gives you time if you need to do other jobs, shopping etc…in my case it took 4 hours from where they were to get to me. Hope this helps everyone. Very pleased with it

My previous fridge was too small and I spent weeks looking for a replacement.
Im super happy with this.
It’s sleek, more than spacious enough for a weeks shop for me and my dog, and the extra shelf in the freezer means pizza and ice trays leave a whole extra drawer for raw dog food.
I don’t drink wine or anything resembling wine so I’m not sure why I ordered one with a wine rack. So I moved the shelf up high and use it for plastic tubs of ready made food. Works a treat!
The only drawback was the delivery. I didn’t get a time slot and they refused to take their shoes off and said they were leaving while I spent a few minutes putting sheets down to protect my carpets. I know they are rushed by their schedule but I now need to spend money on a deep clean machine.

Delivery on time. Removed our old fridge freezer. Helpful chaps. New fridge well packaged, no damage. Plugged in and works. Big improvement on our old one. Very quiet. Storage wise, enough space for 2 to 3 adults. Pleased so far. Just have to see how the durability goes.

Very happy with this fridge freezer. So much more room in the fridge compartment compared to old fridge freezer. The delivery guys were outstanding. I checked with them before they took the fridge freezer off the Lorry if they new about the door being reversed.
As I expected they didn’t but were more willing to do this.

Great product. Perfect size for me, being a single, shorter person ! Fits perfectly in the space, looks smart and unobtrusive. Bottle rack and egg container were bonuses but plain simple, easy to use appliance without lots of gadgets at a good price.

We moved into a new home and this ended up being a fantastic purchase. We’ve had it for 6 months now and we’ve had zero issues. The freezer keeps everything frozen and doesn’t give the food freezer burn, and we love the bottle rack in the fridge. It’s the perfect size for us and we love how easy it was to set up.

Love this fridge freezer. The thing that impressed me was how quiet it is. Also roomy and efficient. I like the black “stip” at bottom of door to use to open it. Saves sticky fingers going on top ! Recommend it. With thanks
