Having seen many different versions of this product I decided to do some homework as I have 6 indoor cats and wanted the best suction power as priority. After researching the best products on the market, this came in one of the top rated brands in this category. Super quick delivery with quick and simple setup. Following the initial charge I set this to work to map the first floor of my house where the cats spend most of their time. I have both carpeted and hard wood floors in all rooms. It handled the entire process without any issues. Then for the cleaning, it had some difficulty getting off the dock first time around because I had placed the dock in the wrong place. So after a quick conversation with ChatGPT it suggested somewhere where there were no open doors in the immediate area as this confused the robot somewhat. So after a reshuffle and placing the dock on a slight angle it works perfectly. After several scheduled cleans throughout the day over the past few days, the results are super impressive. Just when you think your house is already cleaned to a standard, think again because I’ve emptied the dust cassette 3 times and it was full of dander, tracked cat litter and dust from the thorough cleaning the robot does. It performs extremely well and my cats use it as entertainment during the process.
I’m now considering buying one for the ground floor as all floors are tiled downstairs. I’m super impressed with this model as it is 7000 suction unlike some others which are only 5000, so great for pet owners. The battery life is good lasting one whole cleaning cycle, both vacuuming and mopping and my house smells great all day every day with loads left. It cleans seamlessly and movement is smooth and uninterrupted, so If you’re thinking of getting one do your homework, there are plenty of online reviews to consider which robot suits your household best.
I also paid for an extended guarantee which is very reasonable too.

This is fantastic! No more crawling and trying to reach under beds and other furniture – this type of exercise started to become less enjoyable, so I am glad I do not need to do this anymore. The suction is great and mopping quality is quite well as well. The battery life is very good, I can vacuum (on turbo) and mop about 1800 sq ft in one go and still have about 30% charge left. I like how I can ask this machine to vacuum the entire floor or only a portion of it, specifying at the same time what to vacuum only and what to mop as well. Very helpful, great purchase.

Nach einigem Hin und Her habe ich mich für den MONSGA Saugroboter entschieden, und was soll ich sagen? Er tut tatsächlich das, was er verspricht – eine Seltenheit heutzutage.

Was mir besonders positiv aufgefallen ist:

Enorme Saugkraft: Die 5000Pa sind kein Marketing-Gag. Ob Krümel, Staub oder die hartnäckigen Haare auf dem Teppich – der Roboter lässt nichts liegen. Das Anti-Tangle-System hält dabei, was es verspricht: Endlich kein mühsames Herausschneiden von Haaren aus der Bürste mehr.

Intelligente Navigation: Dank der LiDAR-Technik fährt er nicht planlos gegen die Möbel, sondern erstellt zügig eine präzise Karte der Wohnung. Er findet immer den effizientesten Weg und vergisst keine Ecke.

Wischleistung & Ausdauer: Die Wischfunktion ist eine super Ergänzung für die tägliche Frische. Mit 180 Minuten Akkulaufzeit schafft er meine gesamte Wohnung locker in einem Durchgang, ohne zwischendurch jammernd zur Ladestation zu kriechen.

Steuerung: Die App-Einbindung funktioniert tadellos. Man kann Sperrzonen einrichten oder den Kleinen von unterwegs zur Arbeit schicken, während man selbst die Beine hochlegt.

Fazit: Ein solides Arbeitstier für alle, die ihre Freizeit lieber anders nutzen als mit Staubsaugen. Preis-Leistung ist top. Wer sauber will, ohne selbst zu schwitzen, greift hier zu!

Die Einrichtung ist einfach und selbsterklärend, die Kommunikation mit der App erfolgt sicher und zuverlässig. Wer das nicht möchte, kann das Gerät auch komplett per Fernbedienung steuern, was genauso zuverlässig funktioniert.

Die Kartierung dauert nicht einmal zehn Minuten.

Die Reinigungsleistung überzeugt, das Gerät überwindet Teppichkanten problemlos und schaltet (sofern aktiviert) sofort automatisch und gut hörbar in den Teppichmodus. Krümel und Haare werden von allen Untergründen sicher aufgenommen. Dabei werden Treppenstufen zuverlässig erkannt und Abstürze verhindert.

Der Roboter arbeitet sehr leise, man kann sich problemlos dabei unterhalten.

Er verrichtet seine Arbeit flott – 60 Quadratmeter hat er in ca. einer Stunde geschafft und dabei knapp die Hälfte Akku verbraucht.

Die angegebenen Abstände zur Ladestation (seitlich je 50 cm und von vorn 1,50 m) kann ich dem Gerät nicht bieten. Sie betragen bei mir jeweils nur ungefähr die Hälfte, aber der Saugroboter hat trotzdem keinerlei Probleme, die Station zu finden und anzudocken. Er macht das zügig und zielsicher.

Ich werde in erster Linie die Saugfunktion benutzen. Wer auch die Wischfunktion nutzen möchte, muss den Staubbehälter vorher sehr gut reinigen – er dient nämlich gleichzeitig als Wassertank! Denn da vom letzten Saugdurchgang noch Schmutzrückstände drin sind, verteilt man die wieder in der Wohnung …

Insgesamt ein überzeugendes Gerät und wertvoller Helfer zum kleinen Preis und eine klare Empfehlung!

This has turned into a bit of an epistle, but purely because I am so impressed with this robot cleaner.

I’ve had the MS1 robot vacuum cleaner with mop for a week now and have to say that, so far, I think it’s great. Setup is pretty straightforward, as soon as I switched the robot on, it was like a greyhound out of the trap, mapping the ground floor of my house and immediately following this up with an auto clean session. I have had 3 other robot vacuum cleaners, cheaper and dearer, in the past but the MS1 is by far the best.

The vacuum function is really good, even managing to clean tight corners where others failed, presumably due to its 7000 pa suction and the auto-boost is great for our rugs. It’s also great to be able to move it to another level of the house as it can cope with multiple maps which many other robot vacuums can’t.

The mopping function is more akin to damp dusting, but this impression may also be due to its strong suction power. It’s possible to vary the flow of water and suction too. Our floors certainly look great after using this function. The fact that the floors aren’t left overly wet could also be seen as a plus if, as in our case, you have click fit vinyl flooring.

I was able to set up a no mop area for our large rug, but found it too fiddly for the smaller ones. However, since the mop function doesn’t saturate the floor, I decided not to worry and just let the MS1 ‘mop’ them.

When mapping, MS1 will map everything it ‘sees’, eg outside patios if you have floor to ceiling windows, or the stairs from the top of the landing. Just to be sure it doesn’t keep trying to clean these areas, I set up ‘forbidden walls’ which was a simple process. Splitting and merging rooms and customising settings is also straightforward and useful.

Battery life is really good, MS1 has never had to recharge during cleaning either floor, despite being on the 2 cycles setting, which by the way is really good because it cleans in one direction before completing a second cycle in the opposite direction. The water tank doesn’t require frequent refilling either.
Since you have to pick up the robot to do this, I don’t feel that it’s worth opting for the self emptying Max version, particularly as this requires bags and has lower suction power. One point to note is to try and hold the dust collector/water tank level when emptying it as it tends to drip after a mopping session.

The MS1 is very quiet and tells you what it is doing, although you can turn this function off, I find it really useful.

It comes with a remote control and you can download an app which is pretty user friendly and useful too for mapping and customisation. It also communicates what the cleaner is doing and monitors all the consumables.

It took a while to receive a response to my attempts to register for the 2 year warranty, but that may have been because I received my robot at the weekend. The user handbook they sent with their acknowledgment is more comprehensive than the one that accompanies the cleaner and a good reference for checking how to set things up. Help is also available via the app.

All in all, I would definitely recommend the MS1 and if you get it on offer as I did, it’s even better value for money.
