I ordered this product for my daughter, We are in the UK and the product with sent with an plug attachment for use in the USA. I want a plug attachment for the UK. I cannot talk to a human being on your help line just a stupid robot that does not understand the problem. Please send me a UMK plug attachment for my daughter’s SMEG. It cost enough money and yet you can’t deliver the correct electric plug for the country we are in!!!!!
