Amazon weren’t able to fulfil my order BUT I managed to buy the same chest freezer from another seller. The freezer has been working fine in the short time that I have had it. Not needed to defrost it yet but it has a handy plug at the bottom of the freezer for easy draining of water after defrosting.

I needed a decent size freezer so was pleased to find this 198l one will fit nicely into my smallish studio flat. Delivery man helpfully got it upstairs for me. It is now running for a good number of weeks and it is very cold in there, still only on a 7! Quiet operation and has facility for easy defrosting. The only problem I had was there is only one basket which is something that every retailer seems to do, that is why I only give 4 stars because I think that is a bit much to be honest. But I bought this product as you can buy extra baskets on Russell & Hobbs website which I intend to do soon. The 5 year guarantee was the clincher, the only thing you have to do is remember to register the product on-line. All-in-all a good buy.
