Had this for 3 weeks now. Love the rotisserie, works great, just string the meat well. Baking is so easy, all coming out great. Never used an air fryer before but I’ve just cooked the best chicken breast ever, so tender and juicy. More cleaning than an oven though. Duck came out fab.

Customer service have agreed to a refund for the failed oven so I have changed my review rating to 5 stars.
We liked this Air Fryer Oven so much I have bought the same one again as other models I have purchased just didn’t compare to it.
Again this oven is great, very large and possibly an updated model as its so quiet when running.
Amazing little oven (is kind of big really) and worked great since purchase in February.
We have cooked everything in it, chips, bacon, sausage, pizza, you name it we have cooked it in this.
Oven was rather used since buying this, so versatile.
Drip trays need better protection as after a few washes the protection wears off, we used foil or liners to catch fat drips and keep the drip tray as clean as possible.
Noticed an issue last week and believed the main fan had failed, contacted the company who were quick to ask for a video.
Was away for 10 days so on my return went to do a video and the oven would not turn on and blew my electrics.
Checked the fuse and replaced and again my electrics blew.
No contact from company, so not looking good.
Rating would have been 5 stars for the oven as when it worked it worked really well.
The 1 star is due to the lack of support at the moment and the oven only lasting 8 months.

I already owned an oven style 11ltr Air fryer and have found it really brilliant for all sorts of cooking however due to the size was limited to the size of the dish I could cook and was still having to use my conventional oven as well which as you know costs more to run , I decided on doing some research looking for the largest size I could get with good honest reviews and opted for this 30ltr Air Fryer I am SOOO glad I did it was delivered next day brilliantly packaged and the size is perfect I have used it for all sorts of things full sized pizza , baked potatoes , cauliflower cheese , chips ,burgers , a whole chicken ,lots of flapjacks , cakes even Xmas cakes , A whole Sausage plait as seen in the picture which cooked even better than i’ve ever got them to in my oven a massive quiche and of course toast , I love cooking and often have family and friends over to eat and this can cook a meal for at least 4 to 6 easy , this will be a god send in saving me money on running costs and my knees due to basically getting down on the floor to wrestle food from my conventional oven which I haven’t used it since purchasing the 30ltr Air fryer
The operation of the Air Fryer is very simple to use and has lots of pre set cooking options which you can adjust the time and temperature to suit the dish your cooking , it’s the quietist Air fryer ive come across my smaller one sounds like a small aeroplane which is insanely annoying , its very easy to clean much easier than my 11ltr and comes with lots of useful accessories , I am really happy because the majority of my own cookware fits inside saving me having to buy more , I have recommended this Air fryer to Family and Friends and I look forward to seeing what else I can cook with it

This is honestly the most amazing, brilliant, compact, versatile air fryer/grill anybody could buy. I’d bought a round air fryer for the two of us but it was really too small. So I decided to look for something more suitable that we could cook a better range of foods in, and I decided that this was the air fryer/grill that would be best for us. The bigger air fryer/grill takes up more space than the round one but I have enough space on my kitchen counter so it’s not a problem. The oven itself is a joy to use. It’s got all the preset settings anyone could need and although there was a small instruction booklet in the box (which is a good reference tool to keep handy) it’s better to try it out and learn as you go. It’s economical, excellent variety of tools and trays included, an inside light so you can check on the cooking. Quite simply, I love it. I haven’t had the kitchen oven on since the day we got this air fryer/grill, even although all the family descended at Christmas. The oven/grill did exceptionally well and everyone was very impressed. I have vertigo and the best thing about the air fryer/grill for me is that it’s at a level where I can put food in and out and check how its doing without having to bend over. It’s worth 5* for that alone!

This is fantastic, although preset temperature etc you can adjust the cooking temperature and time.
It’s so quiet and very quick with lots of trays and a rotisserie basket too I’m very happy with it and it’s economical electric wise as so quick and easy to use..Did roasted veg and salmon and cheese scones.
Definitely would recommend this as easy to work out and lots of features like dehydration function for fruit for my yoghurt. Perfect for small and large dinners
