The fridge is a good size, the freezer box is efficient and I have been very happy with its performance for the 18 months I have owned it. But! The recesses in the top of the door (the handles) have been designed to catch dirt and to be just about impossible to clean. Over time, this has become a larger and larger point of dissatisfaction. I like a clean kitchen, and these filth traps are not nice.

Needed a compact, under-counter fridge, with a freezer compartment, for a small holiday chalet. Read the reviews of this fridge, carefully, as the previous brand fridge only lasted 3 years. So far, we’re impressed. Seems sturdy, with well – designed shelves and generous – sized freezer compartment. Fingers – crossed that it’ll last longer than it’s predecessor.

So have lowered it to number 5 .. watch and see.
