We are just starting a small food delivery service. We purchased this chest freezer because it seemed the perfect solution to keeping our freshly prepared food, also being a decent size. It worked for 4 days, then noticed food going soggy. It just stopped working and ruined £300 worth of freshly prepared food. Contacted Amazon and they offered us a £20 voucher as compensation. We are still waiting for it to be picked up. Rubbish

I love the fact I can regulate my freezer as needed. Very sleek and easy to move around with the attached glider. Quite light weight and very spacious. You can hardly hear the freezer working as the noise level is very very minimal. Was very easy to install and easy to use. Very pleased with my purchase and have had it without any issues for almost 4 months!

Delivery was swift and perfect, freezer is very spacious, noiseless and all I wanted and more.

Useful tips: There is no manual provided ( hence losing one star) 1) You need to wait 24 hours before switching on the freezer after tipping it on its side to attach the wheels.
2) Wait an hour after switching it on before touching the control panel.
3) Unlock the control panel by depressing the lock button for 3 seconds. Press the left hand button to select temperature ( defaults to -18 which is perfect.)
4) the middle button is for fast deep freeze and I have not needed to use this function.
It is easy to assemble the wheels and handle ( instructions are provided).
