I am documenting a serious quality and handling failure.

The fridge was delivered in what appeared to be an unopened, factory-sealed condition. The protective film was still intact, and there were no visible signs of external damage to the packaging. On that basis, one would reasonably expect the appliance inside to be in new condition.

This was not the case.

Upon inspection after installation, multiple defects became immediately apparent:

Visible dents and surface deformation on the body panels
Scratches and scuff marks across the exterior finish
Some internal parts are visibly dirty
Poor alignment and gaps in panel joins, suggesting impact or a manufacturing defect
Damage around structural edges and corners
Marks consistent with pressure or mishandling prior to delivery
Cosmetic defects that are clearly not attributable to installation or use

The condition of the appliance is inconsistent with a new product. The defects are not minor; they materially affect both the appearance and perceived integrity of the unit.

Given that the packaging was intact, this raises two possibilities:

The appliance was damaged prior to packing and shipped regardless
The packaging is insufficient to protect the product during transit

Both scenarios indicate a failure in quality control.

A new appliance should arrive in new condition. This unit does not meet that standard. It is not acceptable to deliver visibly damaged goods under the assumption that the customer will tolerate cosmetic or structural defects.

I would expect immediate resolution: a complete refund and the collection of the faulty unit by the company, not me – the failed customer.

This experience does not inspire confidence in either the manufacturer or the supplier.

Arrived with a small dent but it does the job!!

The freezer was delivered a bit damaged due to the courier mishandling during transit. I sent a message to the seller who were very understanding my issue and we came to a happy agreement between both parties. The freezer is working well and holds a lot of frozen food for one person. The noise level is quiet and the door seal is all ok. I would be happy to go back to the seller if I need anymore white goods.

Very please with the product and the service. Very good price as well. The lads were very friendly.
