Man überlegt für das Geld schon sehr lange, ob man einen Saug Wisch Roboter braucht, aber jetzt da wir ihn haben, möchten wir ihn nicht mehr hergeben.
Absolut genial. Man kann den Roboter direkt ansteuern, aber auch mit Programmen fahren lassen, wenn man nicht zu Hause ist. Sogar auf verschiedenen Stockwerken. Die Raumerkennung funktioniert einwandfrei und der Roboter erkennt Treppen von alleine und umfährt diese. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und man findet sich schnell zurecht. Beim Einrichten wurde der Roboter sofort von der APP gefunden, wir mussten allerdings die Sonderzeichen aus dem WLAN Passwort rausnehmen, damit die Kommunikation zwischen Station und Roboter funktioniert, da der Roboter diese nicht lesen kann. Wenn man das weiß, dauert die Einrichtung nur wenige Minuten.
Saugen und Wischen funktionieren super, den Staubbeutel kann man leicht wechseln und die Wasserbehälter lassen sich auch leicht zum Reinigen und nachfüllen entnehmen.

This is amazing . It vacs and mops every nook and cranny using its swing out brushes and mops. It was so easy to set up and I’m not good with technology but I found it easy. It’s quiet when cleaning I can’t believe how good it is .
I can’t recommend this highly enough , worth every penny leaves my floors spotless and I have 4 dogs

This product is exceptional in many ways. Firstly the packaging was superb and everything was perfectly laid out in the box. Loved the simple instructions, so simple took a few minutes to setup. The installation and get started was brilliant. The app is exceptionally easy to use, and the robot cleaned the whole house really well, it’s spotless. The dog loved it. This has been our best purchase ever and so happy with the quality, easy of use and importantly the cleaning. For the price and quality has to be a 11/10 purchase for me. Well done to the manufacturers a game changer robot.

I bought the Eufy E25 first, returned it after about a month, and replaced it with the RoboRock Qrevo S5V. I’m genuinely glad I did. Having lived with both, I think I can offer a useful comparison, especially around mopping design and software quality, which turned out to matter far more than advertised specs.
Starting with mopping, the Eufy’s roller-bar system is heavily marketed as delivering clean water on every pass, but in practice it collects surprisingly little dirty water. The internal dirty-water tank on the robot becomes unpleasant very quickly, and it’s not something you want to deal with regularly. The roller itself also isn’t meaningfully user-cleanable. By contrast, the Qrevo S5V uses traditional rotating scrub pads, but handles hygiene far better by returning to the base to wash them as often as needed. The pads are inexpensive in bulk, fully machine-washable, and easy to replace, which makes frequent cleaning realistic instead of aspirational.
Drying performance was one of the biggest differences. The Qrevo S5V’s pads are consistently bone dry by morning, even without using the strongest drying setting, and there has been zero odor buildup. The Eufy, on the other hand, does not spin the roller while drying. As a result, the bottom dries while the top stays damp even after a four-hour dry cycle. After only a month, it smelled like mopping the floor with a moldy cloth, which completely undermined the entire system for me.
The base station on the Qrevo S5V is also better designed overall. It has a smaller footprint, the water tanks are easier to handle, and the layout feels more intuitive and durable long term. The only real criticism I have is that the robot does not vacuum debris before emptying at the dock, which allows crumbs to accumulate beneath it over time. It’s not a major issue, but it is one area where Eufy did slightly better.
In terms of vacuuming, both robots perform well. The Eufy is a bit louder during normal operation, and its base emptying is noticeably louder than RoboRock’s. Build quality is good on both; the Eufy feels heavier and more rugged, but the Qrevo S5V is still solidly built and doesn’t feel cheap—just lighter.
Where the Qrevo S5V really pulls ahead is software. RoboRock’s app feels like it was designed by people who actually use their robots at home. Features like vacuuming a room before mopping it, adjusting mopping speed for stubborn dirt, and intelligently managing pad drying all make a real difference. One particularly excellent feature is the ability to schedule mop drying to start at a specific time, but only if the robot mopped that day. With a toddler, I often run the mop multiple times daily, and this prevents the robot from wasting power drying pads that are about to be used again.
The Eufy app works, but it lacks many of these practical features and feels far more rigid. It gets the job done, but it doesn’t adapt well to real household routines.
Overall, both robots can clean floors, but they reflect very different design philosophies. The Eufy E25 feels overengineered in theory but compromised in long-term hygiene and usability. The RoboRock Qrevo S5V feels practical, flexible, and thoughtfully designed for everyday life. I’m very glad I made the switch and would buy the S5V again without hesitation.

Was on the market for a Robot hoover. As someone who hoovers daily I saw this one on Black Friday sale and took the plunge. If it could save me just a bit of time it would have been good but how useful it is far exceeded my expectations!
We have a very pet centric household. Dense chinchilla fur, small parrot feathers, all over and dog fur.
This hoover handles it all like a champ.
If you want the best results taking the time to manually set up in the app what is carpet and what is hard floor goes a long way to getting the best experience.
It maps out your house very quickly, then you can manually add what is furniture, no go zones of you want to keep it out of certain places and so on.
It has truly saved me so much time and energy, sending it out for a full clean in the morning and a second general hoovering in the evening keeps the lower floors of the house looking much nicer!
Only reason it loses a star is because the object avoidance it a bit hit or miss with this specific model. You do need to still make sure any dog toys, cords or slippers are picked up prior to it heading out or it will jam the hoover and cause some havok.
Outside of that if your rooms have big thresholds as well (our kitchen floor is around 2″ lower down floor level wise than the rest of the house) you will need some rubber ramps for it to be able to get around properly. Plan for that before committing.

Robot vacuum no.5 for me.
Had Neato, Ecovacs and other roborocks, and this one is by far the best.
Cleans the ground floor which is a mixture of wood floors, carpet and tile really well.
It’s put to task with a new puppy too, and just keeps on top of it reliably.
Vacuuming, mopping, and always ready for action!
Great bit of kit, so gonna grab one for my mum!
Frequently at £425, for the white one, so keep an eye out!

Personnellement je n’ai aucune programmation. Je préfère faire pièce par pièce car cela me permet d’ ôter tous les obstacles (chaise, point d’ eau pour chiens ou nourriture etc) . Il est possible d’ augmenter le lavage (par deux ou l’ aspupar deux aussi) . Le systeme eau propre et eau sale est très bien. Au bout de 45 jours, je n’ai pas encore vider la poussière donc je ne peux faite un commentaire sur ce point. Le système des lavettes est très simple.je suis complètement satisfait de ce robot laveur.

I’ve always been dismissive of these robot vacuums but not now, I’m really impressed with the performance of this machine, the vacuum performance is really good but I’m struggling to get the mop to stop leaving water stains on my polished floor, I don’t think it’s the mops fault but rather I’m not setting it up right. Only had it 3 weeks but I am sure I will sort it out out. The app used to set up and use the machine is excellent but a little difficult when you first use it.

Ho aspettato un pò prima di recensire il robot aspirapolvere per poter aver il tempo di provarlo bene.
Dopo 1 mese di utilizzo devo dire che è fantastico, mai avuta la casa così pulita.
Abitando in campagna al piano terra e con diversi animali che entrano ed escono non è facile tener pulito soprattutto lavorando tutto il giorno. Con questo aspirapolvere ho risolto i miei problemi, alla sera mentre io cucino lui pulisce tutta la casa, veramente un grande aiuto.
Come prima cosa lo faccio aspirare poi quando ha finito gli faccio fare aspira e lava in modo che tira su anche quel poco che si era perso nel primo giro. Basta avere l’accortezza di togliere eventuali oggetti dal pavimento per il resto fa tutto lui. L’unico difetto, se così si può chiamare, è che a volte trova cose un pò più grosse in giro (ad esempio un pezzo di carta o plastica) e si blocca lo sporco all’interno del contenitore e non lo svuota quando torna alla base. Si risolve facilmente svuotando manualmente il contenitore (ci vuole un attimo) e torna a funzionare perfettamente.
Anche il lavaggio non è male, non tira via macchie ostinate ma per im resto pulisce egregiamente. Il mio ingresso quando piove si riempie di impronte di zampe o scarpe e in un attimo torna pulito.
Per il momento sono più che soddisfatta dell’acquisto aggiornerò se necessario più avanti

Nachdem ich schon mehrere Saugroboter ausprobiert habe, bin ich mit dem Roborock QRevo S5V nun wirklich sehr zufrieden. Wir leben mit zwei Hunden und einer Katze – da fällt täglich einiges an: Haare, Pfotenabdrücke, Krümel. Der S5V meistert das zuverlässig.
Besonders positiv fällt mir die starke Saugleistung auf – selbst Teppiche werden deutlich sauberer als bei meinen bisherigen Geräten. Auch Tierhaare verheddern sich nicht wie früher: Die Vollgummibürste und das Anti-Verhedderungssystem scheinen wirklich gut zu funktionieren.
Die Wischfunktion mit den rotierenden Mopps und dem automatisch ausfahrbaren FlexiArm ist eine echte Hilfe – gerade in Ecken oder um Tischbeine herum sieht man den Unterschied. Schön ist auch, dass die Mopps automatisch angehoben werden, wenn Teppiche erkannt werden.
Die Dockingstation erledigt vieles automatisch: Wassertank auffüllen, Staub entleeren, Mopps waschen und sogar trocknen. Dadurch bleibt alles hygienisch und riecht auch bei täglicher Nutzung nicht unangenehm – ein echter Pluspunkt. Positiv ist auch, dass der Sockel in welchem die Mopps gewaschen werden, sich raus nehmen lässt (siehe Bild). Damit kann man eigentlich alles sauber halten. Einparken tut der Roboter in die Station rückwärts. Kannte ich so bisher noch nicht.
Die App ist intuitiv und erlaubt viele sinnvolle Einstellungen, z. B. Reinigungspläne, Sperrzonen und verschiedene Saugstufen. Die Navigation ist zuverlässig, Hindernisse werden gut erkannt.
Insgesamt macht der S5V vieles richtig, was bei anderen Geräten oft nur halbherzig funktioniert. Gerade für Haushalte mit Tieren ist er meiner Meinung nach eine lohnenswerte Investition, da man das tägliche Staubsaugen und mal schnell wischen durch den S5V erledigt wird. Das spart einiges an Zeit.
