No complaints with the delivery of the Beko dishwasher. When unpacked it look moderately OK considering it was at the cheap end of the dishwashers on offer. Had it professionally installed. On very first wash it made a loud noise that was clearly wrong. Had the professionals back who listened and diagnosed a faulty circulation pump. Telephone the seller who just wasn’t interested and told me to go back to Amazon. Rang Beko four times. On each occasion I was fobbed off. It was clear that Beko’s customer service department leaves a great deal to be desired. Forced to go to Amazon and arrange for machine to be returned. Lesson learnt is don’t touch Beko products. Despite appearances, they are not good value , after sales service is abysmal and their telephone operators are slightly less honest than scam artists.
