Shame items are not checked, before being sent to the customer, as I had already disposed of my old fridge and freezer to make space for the new purchase, otherwise the said items would have been returned. When complained, igenix said as dents where on side they wouldn’t be on view if against a wall? What a statement, no real apologies.
Just an update on my original comments, said freezer has now broken down, at Christmas time as well!!
DON’T PURCHASE THIS ITEM! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH and less than 3 years old.

Appliances good value for money but be careful! The cable of the freezer was severed with exposed wires, this was discovered when it blew my electrics and needed an electrician to fix the cable.

So happy with my set NO marks or dents very spacious in both and very quiet to run
have stayed with the temperature recommended and they are perfect
I can’t recommend these enough as I was worried about other reviews
Just keep in mind when they get delivered you must let them stand for 12 hours
