Unbelievably poor design.
I have had Samsung in the past and they have been ok. I was lured to this product as I wanted the auto door opening.
It doesn’t fit plates on the top rack and normal sized glasses on the top rack. If you drop the top basket down to accommodate glasses, you can’t fit plates on the bottom and if you lift the basket up to accommodate plates, you can’t fit glasses on the top rack. Incredibly poor. I will use it for a couple of years and then bin it and get a Miele. Terrible design.

Good adjustable dishwasher. Had a NEFF before and see a difference in the quality. Trays are lighter and don’t seem as robust. Fewer programs to work with. That said, I do like the adaptability of the trays.

We would NOT buy this again. It had a lot going for it because of the well-priced fitting and removal service, but it’s not as good as the budget washer it replaced. It looks lovely inside, but after a first use it becomes clear that the interior design is not adequate for a full load of dishes. The plate, bowl and pan stackers are badly designed so things keep falling down and the stackers are also really flimsy. Even with the automatic door opening, it doesn’t dry for ages. Finally, it’s shortest cycle is an hour and it doesn’t clean reliably. The cutlery drawer is especially ineffective in this respect.

Excellent dishwasher! Cleans spotlessly!
Plenty of room, can be adjusted for different pots, pans, trays. The cutlery tray is genius! Had it 2 weeks now & I am very pleased with the Samsung dishwasher. It is very quiet, easy to use & great quality.

Very angry. Spent much time researching, to achieve good energy rating.
Arrived well wrapped. Removed all packaging (lots of it ),opened door to get instructions etc to then find the A++ ordered is E rated. Had to be completely repackaged, wait for collection on Christmas Eve. Total waste of my time.
Also, how many people know the energy rating system has changed. With it appears some retailers using the new system, some the old and some a combination of the two.
Learnt this locally, where I then bought my new dishwasher.
