Great freezer, only been using for a week but all seems perfect, surprisingly big on the inside, like the Tardis. Freezes quick and doesnt frost up. Running costs are very low just under 0.5Kw a day, so happy with that. Virtually no noise, a mouse probably makes more noise. Well packaged, and the delivery driver was more than helpful , I hurt my back so he took it in to my house and put it in position which I was extremely grateful for. I bought a Willow fridge about 6 months ago and it’s the same runs perfect, so 5 stars to Willow. No need to pay more for Big brand names when Willow is just as good and does a great job.

Lovely little chest freezer had a few issues with couple of dents but does not affect the running of freezer spoke with suppliers who dealt with the matter efficiently and within a couple of hours would still purchase more items from the supplier very easy to use good freeze quality perfect size fits in space

Excellent freezer no noise which is good because my fridge freezer makes a lot of noise which is annoying so I put the quiet one in the hallway there’s no scratches inside or outside the freezer good value for money and good space to fit loads of food and it’s fit’s well in the space
