Kindle Customer –
Noisy and very slow compared with our Zanusi washer dryer. Would not recommend unless you want a cheap hard to live with machine.
Amazon Customer –
Instructions very poor. The manual dial is self explanatory, but some programs need to be used in conjunction with digital for which there are no instructions. Contacted Hoover who agreed instructions are lacking, were unable to help and said it’s a case of trial and error!!!
Caprice –
The Hoover washer dryer looks a good machine to operate but with the information booklet so badly presented it was a headache to operate the machine. I made lots of mistakes because I felt forced to do trial and error. As for the competency of the machine I will report back. One star off for poor instructions. Hoover please get your act together regarding instructions. Well the dryer cycle squeaks when used. Bleeps go off randomly. Fabric conditioner not working but this could be because I have switched it off by mistake. The instructions are of no help so will wait for the repair person to arrive and ask. Starting to wish I had not bought this Hoover washer dryer. Might return.

The Hoover H-Wash & Dry 400 is a great space-saving washer-dryer with smart features, intuitive controls and strong wash performance—perfect if you have limited space and want connected convenience. However, don’t expect it to dry like a separate condenser or heat-pump dryer: drying takes time, and energy efficiency is average.
