I bought two robot vacuums to gift to each of my sons to have extra help and keep their floors clean and tidy. They are very happy how it works, the suction and power, it cleans perfectly around the edges and corners. Amazed how it maps the house, they can control it with their phones to program it and control it. It is pricy but I think that as long as it does the work and is durable it will be worth it. Will update in 6 months.

Cleaned my tiled floor beautifully, just using plain water at the moment. Took a while to fathom out the instructions, they aren’t very clear, at least not to us. The machine is quiet whilst working and a little noisy whilst cleaning itself on the docking station, but it’s only a minute or two.
It would have been nice to have got even a small bottle of the fluid to clean the floor as a starter. This is a gift on our Diamond wedding anniversary, but we had to jump through hoops to get it, we were even asked for driving licence proof, and the machine was delivered four days late after a day of being passsd to one bot to another bot etc. we have been prime members for years, yet Amazon didn’t trust us!!
My original Eufy is now upstairs doing the bedrooms!

This is a lot better than the C15 we had, a lot more quiet, efficient and intelligent. Cleans floors really well, does not get stuck or jammed into strange places. Very quiet overall, except for when it blows out the vacuum cleaner dirt chamber into the main reservoir, but its really quick! We are really impressed with it – thank you Amazon for recommending it!

Oh my goodness this has changed my life.
We have two dogs, one is long furred and two cats.
Does a really good clean, I use every day.
Normally prepping dinner while it cleans.
I lift dogs beds toys etc, but have also left to see how it avoids objects and it does well.
Wish I had bought one years ago.

I am so pleased with my purchase. They only regret I have is that I haven’t bought it much earlier. My floors and carpets are Always clean now! The installation is easy and straightforward as well as the application works amazingly well, it shows you the rooms of your house. You can pick which room to clean, to wash. Really good purchase.

The Eufy C28 is the latest robovac I’ve bought, and runs on my ground floor. I still have the two C10s running elsewhere in the house, so I am familiar with the Eufy brand.

The C28 is scheduled to vacuum every morning at 4am and also mop on Thursday and Sunday mornings. My two dogs love bringing in dust from the garden and from walks, and this robovac helps keeps under control. The mopping is surprisingly good and it’s shocking to see how mucky the waste water is – considering the floors have been cleaned by other means! The ground floor has hard flooring, some stone and some wood, with a couple of mats and rugs. The C28 handles it all very well and transitions from hard floor to the mats/rugs well.

Object avoidance is very clever, and I am still working out how to get the most out of the app.

I bought this at full-price (£649) and at the time of this review it is £499! At either price, I think it is good value, as the floor is noticeably cleaner each morning and other cleaning is not needed as much.

I’m very happy with it and am now eyeing Eufy’s new robomower!

After doing a bit of research I decided to purchase this as I absolutely loathe cleaning the kitchen floor with messy kids and a toddler. It’s only been a day, but I don’t know how I managed without it. I can now just sit back as the robot cleans the messes.

It has no problems when switching from carpet to tiled flooring and it hasn’t left any sticky residue or hard water marks on the floor.

When it is running you can barely notice the noise (it is like a gentle hum). The loudest it gets is when it docks after a clean and it sounds a bit like a hand dryer.

With the app it is handy to set cleaning schedules for each room as well as designate “no-go” areas to be avoided. The brushes sweep into the corner and get right into the nooks and crannies leaving the place spotless.

Yes, the price may seem expensive, but it is more than worth it for those mundane tasks.

This particular model was tested over a few weeks in my son’s flat, which consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, so not many walls or obstacles, apart from 2 large rugs and then the majority being laminated flooring.
We had the perfect scenario to test this under and it didn’t fully go to plan.
The mapping was out of key, not perfectly aligned and it would miss certain spots on a regular basis, mostly where the prime area would be where dust would gather, mainly around the edges of the rug and then corners of the room, so some manual brushing or encouragement was required.
I was hoping that setting this up was going to be easy, but you’ll need several brews and a good few hours with a clean head to understand this. Although the app initialisation was easy, the rest of it wasn’t.
During operation, this is quite noisy, not something that you can have expect to have running in the background, so you have to program this to operate when you’re not at home. The mopping bit works quite well in comparison and have to hand it to them of the good design and functionality of it. It can also gather dust well on both carpet and laminate surfaces without issues, just the mapping on the floor space is where is struggles.
The whole thing works off your app remotely, so you’ll spend a lot of time on it to get to grips with it.

One thing that did bother me is how modular this is. It’s both a win and a con at the same time, as you can spend ages cleaning each component. You then ask yourself, is it worth the overall time spent, programming, configuring, constantly optimising, followed by regular cleaning and servicing this, versus the cost of this.
