I was a bit hesitant about buying a cordless vacuum to use as my main vacuum for the whole house but I am so glad I took the plunge! This little machine couldn’t be any easier to use, gone are the days of changing the settings every 5 minuted between carpet and hard floor or the suction being so overpowering that it just lifts the rugs off the floor.
This vacuum is super easy to use, light weight, does everything you could need for a full house clean and charges quickly and lasts for ages.
Shark’s customer service was also second to none and I am now a complete convert to shark products. My vacuum came without the advertised pet tool and one call to shark (just to check what I needed to ask the retailer for) and they’d made me an account, registered my warranty and ordered and dispatched a free pet tool replacement for the inconvenience.
If you have any doubts, I would definitely advise making the switch to a cordless and I am fully sold on Shark products after this experience!

Even though I was completely buried by the packing material, I am still very pleased with the product. Went together like a dream, although I had used Henry yesterday, I was stunned at what come off the rugs!! So light and easy to use, I hope it serves me well🤞🙏

This is a nice vacuum cleaner not as good as the Dyson which I previously owned my issue is it says it glides over any carpet but it doesn’t it pull up the washable ones and it’s a bit of a pain apart from that it ok

Pros: The antihair wrap works so well (my hair is waist length) and it goes from carpet to floor easily. The suction is good although not as good as our plug-in Dyson. We plan to keep this hoover upstairs. The motor is a bit noisier than some but I have used louder hoovers (I just put on sound cancelling headphones if I have a migraine/headache). Being able to hoover under furniture is a revelation and saved so much furniture shifting. It even fits under our sofa and under beds have never been cleaned so often as it is just so easy. The battery is detachable so can be charged away from the hoover although unless we have a very full house, I just park the freestanding folded hoover next to the most convenient plug point. Stairs are a breeze with both the whole hoover or the handheld section. Great on cat hair on chairs and sofa.
Cons: I don’t understand why the crevice tool doesn’t have a dusting brush attached as most hoovers do. I really miss it for stair banisters and skirting boards. I’m currently having to research 3rd party solutions/diy option – mad. Hence 4 stars.

I absolutely love my shark vac, I have an Alaskan malamute cross dog and good god she sheds i thought it might be able to let me vacuum the light areas, nothing has ever compared to my dyson. When I first used it I just couldn’t believe how good it was, it gets all of her fur up and all of the normal carpet stuff. I can happily say I’d recommend this. Compared to others that pick up like it it’s good value too. The battery is very good as well.
